Installation Specifications:

• Pipes must be thoroughly cleaned before installation to remove contaminants like rust and sand.
• Hot bent or welded pipes require pickling.
• Flange tightening must apply even force with torque complying with standards (ISO 4401 interface specification for M-3SEW6U3X model).
• Solenoid valve coil connections must be strictly checked (24V DC) to prevent burning from misconnection.
• Mechanical zero position requires adjusting valve core to intermediate position with no input signal.

Operation and Maintenance:

• Oil viscosity must be 37~73cSt with temperature ≤80℃ to prevent seal failure.
• Avoid long-term full load operation; limit high-pressure/high-speed duration to ≤10% per minute in intermittent conditions.
• Replace hydraulic oil after first 200 hours, then every 1000 hours.
• Regularly clean oil filters to maintain oil cleanliness (NAS 1638 Level 6).
• Monitor seals and replace or add external leakage pipes if oil leakage occurs.

Troubleshooting:

• Spool jams: Check for oil contamination; use special disassembly tools (R901500000) to clean valve core if needed.
