Precautions
Pre-Installation Preparation:
A filter with a filtration accuracy of 5μm or higher and an oil-dew separator are required to ensure that the air supply system meets compressed air purification requirements.
Installation Specifications:
Ensure correct installation orientation to prevent the valve core from seizing or damaging.
Clean the hydraulic system to prevent impurities from entering the valve.
Tighten bolts according to the manufacturer's instructions and avoid overtightening or undertightening.
Hydraulic Oil Management:
Use hydraulic oil of a clean quality that meets requirements to avoid clogging the valve core.
Select the appropriate viscosity based on the ambient temperature and change the oil regularly.
Maintain fluidity to prevent aging and contamination.
