2. Key usage precautions
Hydraulic oil cleanliness management
The oil NAS cleanliness level is required to reach level 7-8, and the contaminant particles are ≤10μm, otherwise it will cause abnormal wear of the plunger pair .
Replace the filter regularly to avoid oil deterioration causing pump blockage or increased noise .
Installation and operation specifications
During installation, ensure that the foundation is flat, and the concentricity deviation between the motor shaft and the pump shaft is ≤0.1mm to prevent vibration from damaging the seal .
Before starting, check the oil level to the center line of the oil mirror. A safety valve must be configured when operating at overpressure (e.g., the maximum pressure of the MPV series is 48MPa).
Maintenance points
Regular monitoring: Use the "listen, touch, see, smell" method to diagnose abnormal noise, temperature rise or vibration, and use the hydraulic test bench to detect no-load flow attenuation.
Replacement of key components: Check the plunger seal and valve group (such as rubber ring, return valve) every 5000 hours to avoid insufficient flow due to aging.
Shutdown operation: After turning off the spray gun and other loads, the pressure must be released to prevent the pump from damaging the pressure regulating valve.
