HAWE Manual Directional Valve KR2-1 With By-Pass And Bridge Loop Check Valve Integration

The HAWE cut-off directional valve allows direct control of the actuator and is used as a pilot valve for control of other hydraulic systems. The valve features:

• Spring-loaded ball-type cut-off structure reversed by angle lever and push rod
• Filter screen on oil inlet prevents intrusion of larger impurities
• Oil ports with O-shaped sealing rings on flat-ground valve plate
• Option for tubular connections with custom base plate or valve block
• Internal leakage sealing capability
• Smooth reversal without impact due to optimized lever ratio
• Compatible with cartridge check valves, back pressure valves, and throttle valves

The valve maintains reliable operation under high pressure without spool sticking. A by-pass check valve and bridge loop check valve can be integrated into the bottom plate of tubular single valves.
