Yuken Hydraulic Relief Valve BG-10-32 For Specific Hydraulic Requirements

The range of Yuken hydraulic products is available to three different Design Standards:

• 80 Design Standard: Products for Europe and metric standard countries, meeting CETOP, DIN and ISO standards
• 90 or 950 Design Standard: Products for North America, meeting NASUSAS and NFPA standards
• No suffix: Products for Japan, meeting JIS standards

Important Usage Notes:

• Reduce ventline internal volume to prevent chattering (minimize pipe diameter and length)
• Pressure adjustment: Loosen lock nut, turn handle clockwise (higher) or anti-clockwise (lower), then tighten lock nut
• Tank line piping should connect directly to reservoir, not shared with other valves
• Pressure limited by collars (each collar = 10 MPa/1450 PSI)
• Minimum flow rates: 8 L/min for models 03/06, 15 L/min for model 10
