SUN Overflow Valve PRDP-MDN For Constant Reduced Pressure Control

The SUN PRDP-MDN is an electro-proportional, direct-acting reducer/reliever valve designed for constant reduced pressure control. Key features include:

• Reduces high primary pressure at inlet (port 2) to constant reduced pressure at port 1
• Full flow relief function from port 1 to tank (port 3)
• Biased to relieving mode with proportional pressure increase via coil current
• Closed transition between reducing and relieving modes minimizes oil consumption
• Optional full manual control available (kit form only)
• Maximum pressure at port 3 limited to 3000 psi (210 bar)
• Direct acting design ensures reliable operation in contaminated systems
• Suitable for accumulator circuits with reduced secondary circuit leakage

Note: The 'E' manual control assembly has a mechanical life expectancy of approximately 7,000 cycles. Cartridges with EPDM seals are for phosphate ester fluids only.
