Selection Principle - Security:

• Corrosive media: Plastic king solenoid valve and stainless steel should be selected; for strongly corrosive media, isolation diaphragm type must be selected.
• For neutral media, copper alloy is suitable as valve shell material, otherwise rust may occur, especially with infrequent action. Note: Ammonia valves cannot be made of copper.
• Explosive environments: Must select corresponding explosion-proof grade products. For open installation or dusty occasions, choose waterproof, dust-proof varieties.
• The nominal pressure of the solenoid valve should exceed the highest working pressure in the tube.

Applicability - Medium Characteristics:

• Quality gas, liquid or mixed state require different solenoid valve varieties
• Match product specifications to medium temperature to prevent coil burn or seal aging
• Medium viscosity typically below 50cSt. For higher viscosity:
  • Diameter >15mm: Use multi-function solenoid valve
  • Diameter <15mm: Use high-viscosity solenoid valve
• For media with low cleanliness, install recoil-filter valve before solenoid valve
• Low pressure applications: Select direct-acting diaphragm solenoid valve
• For directional circulation requirements, select appropriate bidirectional models
• Ensure medium temperature is within valve's allowable range

Pipeline Parameters:

• Select valve port and model based on medium flow direction and connection requirements
• Determine nominal diameter by flow rate and Kv value, or match to pipeline inner diameter
• Working pressure difference considerations:
  • Above 0.04Mpa: Can use indirect pilot type
  • Near or below zero: Must use direct acting or step by step type

Environmental Conditions:

• Ensure ambient temperatures are within product's allowable range
